Welcome to the part of the site where we answer the things people DM us at 2AM. If you’re wondering how to size your nails, how long they last, or whether you can wear them to a knife fight (please don’t), you’re in the right place.
How do I size my nails for a custom set?
We offer standard sizes (XS–XXXL), but for the best fit, send a photo of your hand next to a quarter. Yes, really. A quarter gives us scale. If you use a banana, we will judge you.
How long do press-ons last?
With included nail glue: up to 1–2 weeks with proper application – watch our short application tutorial here #.
With adhesive tabs: a few days (perfect for events).
With chaotic energy and bad decisions: results may vary.
Can I expedite my order?
Anything for the right price darling! – Most sets can be expedited (depending on the intricacy of the design) by clicking the “expedite order” option during checkout. If the expedited option is still not fast enough, and you have a hot date in a couple days, feel free to use the contact form and reference your order number, and we will see what we can do!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
Can I reuse them?
Yes! If you treat them gently, remove with care, and store them like tiny art pieces, they’ll live to claw another day.
What comes with my order?
Every set includes:
• 10 custom nails
• Glue or tabs (your choice) both available as an add-on for $2
• Prep kit (buffer, alcohol wipe, file, cuticle pusher)
• QR code link to the application instructions video
We also include judgment-free vibes and invisible confidence.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
Custom art means custom rules.
All Leviathan Nail Designs press-on sets are made to order—designed, shaped, and painted just for you. Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we’re not monsters (just maximalists). If there’s an issue with your order—wrong size sent, damaged in transit, missing items—please reach out within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
What We Can’t Do:
Accept returns for sets that were sized incorrectly due to inaccurate measurements.
Refund custom sets because you changed your mind or picked the wrong vibe.
Accept returns on worn or opened products. Once they’re on your fingers, they’re yours.
What We Can Do:
Help you figure out sizing before you order (send that quarter pic!).
Replace items that arrived damaged (with photo evidence).
Answer questions before you commit to a set so you’re fully obsessed, not stressed.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
All of our orders (with the exception of ready to ship sets) are made-to-order. That means that once we receive the order, there is a lead time of 3-10 days, which is the time we use to create your claws! Once we’ve completed the set, then you will receive an email saying your set has been completed and is ready for shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the couriers website.
